Terms of Service
Effective date: April 22, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the haus website at joinhaus.ai and the haus web application (collectively, the “Service”), provided by haus (“haus,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, connecting a third-party platform, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
haus is a creator revenue operating system for brand-deal operations. It includes three AI agents:
- Ops Agent — reads your email and social inboxes, identifies brand-deal inquiries, extracts deal terms, reviews contracts, schedules meetings, generates invoices, and tracks payments.
- Sales Agent — drafts outbound pitches and counter-offers, proposes rates from market data, and sends messages with your approval.
- Content Agent — reads brand briefs, plans content, tracks performance using social and analytics data, and generates reports.
The agents read data from the platforms you connect, take drafted actions for you to approve, and execute approved actions such as sending email via your Gmail account, creating and sending Google Calendar events, replying to DMs, or posting performance reports. haus acts only under the permissions you grant and the workflows you configure.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, (b) all activity under your account, and (c) ensuring the information you provide is accurate. Notify us immediately at Jazz@thecreatorshaus.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected Platforms
haus integrates with third-party platforms via OAuth. You choose which platforms to connect and which scopes to grant. Each connection is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy, which you agree to by connecting.
4.1 Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Drive)
When you connect a Google account, haus uses Google APIs subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements). haus may:
- Read your Gmail messages and metadata to identify brand-deal emails.
- Draft, send, and modify emails via your Gmail account when you approve a specific action or enable an automation rule.
- Read your Google Calendar, and create, update, send, or delete calendar events (including sending invitations to brand contacts) on your behalf.
- Access Google Analytics data you designate, for brand-performance reporting.
- Read YouTube channel and video data and analytics via the YouTube API Services.
- Access Google Drive files you explicitly select via
drive.filescope.
YouTube features are provided through the YouTube API Services. By using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke haus's access to Google APIs at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4.2 Instagram and Meta
When you connect an Instagram professional account via Meta OAuth, haus uses the Instagram Graph API and Meta Graph API subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. haus may read your profile, media, comments, mentions, insights, and (if you enable inbox triage) Instagram Direct Messages to identify and draft replies to brand inquiries for your approval. You can disconnect Instagram at any time from haus settings or from your Meta account permissions.
4.3 TikTok
When you connect TikTok via TikTok Login Kit, haus uses TikTok for Developers APIs subject to the TikTok API Terms of Service. haus may read your TikTok profile, public videos, and video analytics.
5. Send-On-Behalf and Automated Actions
You authorize haus to take the following actions on your behalf only to the extent permitted by the scopes you grant and the workflow rules you configure:
- Drafting and sending email from your Gmail account.
- Creating, updating, and sending Google Calendar events, including sending invitations to brand contacts.
- Drafting and sending replies to Instagram Direct Messages when inbox triage is enabled.
- Posting invoices, reports, or deliverables that you approve.
All automations default to manual approval. You may enable specific auto-send rules (for example, sending a reminder email after X days, or auto-creating a calendar event when a deal is approved). You are responsible for the content that leaves your account as a result of those rules. haus maintains an activity log of agent actions for your review.
6. AI Workflow Customization
haus provides AI agents that you can customize — for example, pricing guardrails, inbox triage rules, pitch tone, calendar templates, and approval thresholds. You are responsible for the rules you configure. haus is a tool that carries out your instructions; AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review agent outputs before relying on them.
AI-generated outputs (pitches, contract summaries, pricing suggestions, reports) are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Do not use haus to make decisions that require a licensed professional without independent review.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications (including spam or bulk messaging that violates anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR) through any outbound feature.
- Violate the terms of any connected platform (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), including scraping, bulk export, republishing, or caching content in a manner those platforms prohibit.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, interfere with the Service, circumvent rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to train competing machine-learning models.
- Impersonate another person, or use haus to send messages that misrepresent the sender.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service or that haus reads on your behalf (“Your Content”). You grant haus a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit or instruct haus to act on Your Content.
9. Fees
haus is free during early access. Paid plans may be introduced; any fees, billing terms, and trials will be disclosed before you are charged. Free-tier features may change as the Service evolves.
10. Intellectual Property
haus and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the software, models, UI, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” haus disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs (pitches, contract summaries, pricing suggestions, reports) are convenience features only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving outputs and for any messages, calendar events, or content the Service sends or creates on your behalf.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, haus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the fees you paid to haus in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time, which will disconnect all connected platforms and delete associated platform data subject to Section 9 of the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, risk to other users or platforms, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
